Register your Bot

To register your Bot with Root, create a project for it in the Root Developer Portal.

A project in the Root Developer Portal is a container to host the identity, versions, code, and state of your Bot. You'll need one project for each of your Bots.

1. In a web browser, navigate to the Root Developer Portal.
2. Log in with your Root credentials.
3. Select the My bots tab.
4. Select the New bot button.
5. Enter a name for your Bot.
6. Agree to the terms.
7. Select Create.
